Early Release Day
Special Performances for Grades 1-5

12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Children not enrolled in Extended Day (PSED) should report to the cafeteria when dismissed from class to check in. Since we must track all missing children, please leave a message at 617-739-1919 if your child is signed up but will be absent. Thank you!

Friday, April 11	Wallace and Grommit Videos During the video, children will receive a small bag of popcorn and a drink. We are offering videos instead of a performer because the gym and auditorium are not available on this day.

• It is not necessary to complete this form or pay if your child attends Extended Day (PSED) on these days.
• Please complete the form below and attach payment of $40 (for all 4 shows) payable to PSED. Place the form and payment in the box near the PSED office or mailbox near the main office by March 19.
• You may sign up for individual performances at a cost of $10 per show.
• If you enroll after the March 19 deadline, the cost of each show will be $20.
• We are unable to accommodate children signing up on the day of the performance.
