About the Book Fair
The Pierce Book Fair is a beloved and long standing community event held each spring.
We happily accept all gently used books (picture books and early readers to adult fiction and non-fiction). Most books are $1 and all funds go to the PTO.
The Fair will be open to students, families, and the Brookline community. Class visits and an evening event will take place during the week.
Please contact organizer with any questions: Carin Aquiline
The annual Pierce Book Fair will be held in the auditorium from Tuesday, May 27 – Thursday, May 29. Please read the important information below about this event.
Also, please sign up for a volunteer shift, especially for Wednesday afternoon or evening, or Thursday afternoon. It's actually a lot of fun to see how excited the students get about thefair. Here's the link:
Thanks for your help in making this year's Book Fair a success. See you there.
Next Tuesday or Wednesday, your child will visit the Pierce Book Fair with her/his teacher.
The schedule of visits is below.
Class Visits During the class visit, each child will choose one used book to take home. We request a donation of any amount for the book, which we will collect during the visit. All proceeds return to Pierce teachers and students through PTO-funded initiatives, so your generosity is appreciated.
