CORI forms are required for all volunteers in the Pierce School. This includes field trips, math league, school play volunteers, event volunteers, etc.  If you volunteer now or plan to volunteer in any capacity it is important that you have a current CORI form on file.  CORI forms are valid for 3 years only. The form can be found on the PTO website and must be accompanied by a photo ID.  Not sure if you have a current CORI on file?  Stop by the principal's office and ask Annette Hughes as she has a list.
