Instructions for first-time directory users
- Navigate to secure.pierceschoolbrookline.org (type into your browser bar or click on "family directory" button above.)
- Enter your email (the one where you receive The Bridge)
- Hit next
- Enter ‘coolidge’ in the field which asks for the "registration code you received in the invitation" – this allows the system to verify your email address is already ‘registered’ with Pierce via the Bridge and you are connected to a current Pierce student
- You should then receive a prompt telling you a password will be sent to that email
- Once that password is received, return to the family directory log in page from the Pierce website
- Enter your email address again
- Enter ‘coolidge’ as your registration code when it pops up under your email
- Hit next
- ENTER YOUR TEMPORARY PASSWORD HERE
- You should now be in the directory
- Find the classes of your children and click on each child to link your information to that child
- Follow the prompts and fields which direct the type of information requested
- NOTE: you may change your temporary password to one of your own under, “Manage Account” on the top navigation bar. Once it has been changed this should be your new password moving forward.
- Logout and you are done!
