-- Print and complete the CORI application form

-- Bring the form and a copy of your ID to the school office between the hours of 8:20am and 2:10pm (NOTE: the office cannot accept your application from 8-8:20 nor from 2:10-2:30 because their priority at that time is to attend to children/teacher/school needs around drop off and pick up)

-- It takes 3-7 business days for the CORI form to be processed; please plan accordingly!

 

-- Login to your Aspen account then click on Family > Contacts > Your Name; there should be an area where it states when your CORI became active (calculate 3 years from that date for expiration.)
